Our goals are:
- Development, implementation and promotion of regenerative land use models and natural resource management, through ecosystem-based solutions;
- Partnerships with local communities, government and scientific institutions to explore the feasibility of regenerative models of living and interacting with nature;
- Advice on the development of business models for climate-smart farming and forestry,as well as ecosystem-based climate adaptation business strategy.

Polina Dikova
Co-founder / Chair
Polina Dikova has a significant background in the financial sector, including also as sustainability manager in a leading bank-insurer group. She is familiar with the EU’s regulations and requirements for a green transition and has advised businesses on creating climate-neutral strategies. Additionally, Polina has worked on climate adaptation projects, helping regions implement various adaptation methods, with financial impact on the risk reduction.
Polina Dikova is involved in engaging people and organisations in climate resilience and decarbonisation policies as a Climate Ambassador for the cutting-edge climate model EN-ROADS. From 2025 she is also European Climate Pact Ambassador.

Apostol Dyankov
Co-founder / Board member
Apostol Dyankov holds Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Green economy. He has over 18 years of professional experience related to sustainable business and climate policy, including stints at the Bulgarian Ministry of the Environment and Water (Climate policy directorate), and as senior policy adviser and UNFCCC negotiator. He has headed the Climate & Energy programme for WWF Bulgaria and coordinated the Green economy and sustainable business programme at WWF Central and Eastern Europe. He is a member of Climate Coalition Bulgaria, lecturer at the ESG Academy of Sofia University and regularly facilitates training courses for public administration, businesses, NGOs and youth. He has designed WWF’s board game for circular economy and landscape regeneration Wheelville.

Asen Nenov
Co-founder / Board member
Asen Nenov is an ecologist with a biotechnology background, who was a researcher in computational biology and bioinformatics at the Institute of Biophysics and Biomedical Engineering at BAS. He has experience in EU consumer affairs. He was among the initiators of the first degrowth discussion group in Bulgaria. He has developed and applied non-formal educational courses for sustainable development for many organizations; he is advanced facilitator and national coordinator of the Climate Fresk workshop; co-chair of the Circular Economy Institute (CEE); he is also a member of „For the Earth“, Hrankoop Sofia Cooperative and the Bulgarian Platform of the European Women’s Lobby (EWL). Asen has his own pilot regenerative project on several hectares, close to the Black sea on Via Pontica bird migration route.
